2. Partnership Agreements

Enterprise and agency partnerships require a signed service agreement prior to campaign execution. Verbal commitments made during consultation calls are non-binding until documented in a formal agreement.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients and agency partners agree to provide timely access to necessary assets, approvals, and information required for campaign execution. Delays in client-provided materials may affect campaign timelines without liability to Link Building SEO Agency.

4. White-Label Terms

Agency partners engaging white-label services may present deliverables under their own brand. Link Building SEO Agency retains no public association with end-client accounts unless otherwise agreed in writing. Agency partners are responsible for their client relationships and communications.

5. Intellectual Property

All strategy documents, outreach templates, and proprietary methodologies remain the intellectual property of Link Building SEO Agency. Clients receive a license to use deliverables produced specifically for their engagement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and publisher relationships remain our exclusive property.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary business information, campaign strategies, publisher relationships, and performance data shared during the engagement.

7. Performance & Guarantees

We commit to executing campaigns with professional diligence aligned with industry best practices. We do not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic volumes, or domain authority scores, as search engine algorithms and competitive landscapes are beyond our direct control.

8. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Late payments may result in suspension of active campaigns after written notice.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, clients receive all completed deliverables and campaign reports generated to date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Link Building SEO Agency's liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the event.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
